Ma chère Mademoiselle Donna!
With the deepest pride and greatest pleasure, I welcome you back to planDisney! It’s such a joy to connect with a fellow adventurer. As I read through your previous questions, I couldn’t help but notice that you, Princess Belle, and I often have our heads up in some cloud as we dream of far-off places, always seeking
adventure in the great wide somewhere.
I loved seeing this question because, as a mamma of two little princes under age 3, I find myself with a
dreamy far-off look, and my nose stuck in a...booking page for
Disney Cruise Line. There’s something magical about traveling by sea, where every detail, from meals to sleeping arrangements to world-class entertainment, is beautifully taken care of. And let’s be honest, nothing beats the entertainment on a Disney ship! I still reminisce with my sister about the Disney cruise we embarked on as children. Our imaginations were nurtured at every turn, and our parents reveled in the peace of knowing we were well cared for while they enjoyed their own magical moments.
Now, Donna, while I wish there was a package that combined a Disney cruise with a visit to Disneyland Paris, a quick search on the Disney Cruise Line website shows that, unfortunately, none of the ships currently port in France. The
European cruises available in July 2025 are sailing through the beautiful coasts of Spain and Italy. Since docking near Marne-la-Vallée isn’t available, you might consider enjoying one of these itineraries and arranging your own land transportation to
Disneyland Paris.
I’ve personally had my sites set on the
3-Night France Cruise from Southampton in August of 2025 on the
Disney Fantasy. It includes a day ashore in Cherbourg, which is about a 4-hour drive to Chessy, the charming city where Disneyland Paris awaits.
Donna, I’ve loved researching this with you! I hope you’ll
come back and visit me again the next time you seek adventure in the great wide somewhere—I want it more than I can tell.
C’est la fệte! Danielle
