Hi there, I am signed up to run 🏃🏼‍♀️ in the Star Wars Dark side races in April 2018 and will be staying at the Campsites at Disney Fort Wilderness. Are they considered a Host Hotel so I can get transported to and from race day and ESPN?

    Hi Wendy!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on registering for a race during Star Wars Half Marathon Weekend-The Dark Side!

I'm delighted to let you know that the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are certainly considered a host location and you will have runDisney transportation provided for you. When you check in at the Reception Outpost just double check with the friendly Cast Member assisting you on where the runDisney transportation will pick up from. Like most transportation at this location, you will need to return to this central location to board a bus for the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo and the races each morning. Where exactly the bus will be can differ between weekends so just double check!

Please come back and let me know if you have any other questions. May the Force be with you on the running course!
