When we signed up in December 2017 for the vacation club over at Saratoga Springs, we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the treats and/or ice cream. Can we stop in or is this just for the new club members?

Hiya, Fran, and welcome home! Congratulations on your purchase of a Disney Vacation Club membership. I hope you'll be as thrilled with your membership as we have been with ours.

The Disney Vacation Club preview center and the amenities there are typically for guests there to visit the models and speak to the guides. They can be enjoyed by guests who are there to become new owners and sign their documents.

However, if you were unable to enjoy the complimentary amenities during your presentation or when you were signing your member documents, there might be a way for you to stop back over. Reach out to your guide, the person who took you through the sales process. There's a chance he may be able to hook you up with some of the things you didn't have time to enjoy when you were there doing your tour. In speaking with DVC Member Services, they suggested this might be your best option.

I wish you many magical and memorable vacations!
