Since you do not see your reservation in your
My Disney Experience account, I recommend trying to link it using your confirmation number. Go to My Plans once you have logged into your My Disney Experience account, scroll down, and hover over Resort Hotel. You will then see the option to Link a Reservation. Select Link a Reservation which will take you to a page where you can enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. If you still cannot see your reservation or cannot link it in My Disney Experience, please call (407) 939-1936 to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you further.
