Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know how crucial it can be to make sure your proof of time is entered correctly, so I'm hoping I can help you out!
I have found in the past if I update something in my Active Registration, I'll get the completion page saying my changes have been saved and I can view it in My Events (which is hyperlinked on their page). If I click on this link and go back in it is not updated. However once I get to this page if I completely close my browser, reopen Active and log in again this time it is updated. I'm not a computer guru, so I'm not exactly certain why this works, but it has for me in the past. It should not take 24 hours or any other amount of time to link, it should be instantaneous. If you do this and you are still not seeing your time updated I'd give
runDisney a call at 407-939-iRun. One of the options on the menu when you call will be for questions about proof of time and registration. They should be able to sort it out for you if my little trick doesn't work!
