Disneyland Resort coming up real soon, so I hope that you have your tickets and reservations all set. The
Holiday Season just officially began and I know that you're going to love seeing the Resort so beautifully decorated. The Cast Members really go all out for the season and
planning for this time is actually a year round event!
I'm unable to take a look into your account to see why you're having the issue, but I suspect that perhaps the information on your Disney account is incomplete and they need more information. Are you able to at least log into your Disneyland account to access the settings and complete your profile? You will want to make sure that you can use the Disneyland Mobile App during your visit.
If you are unable to access your account at all, I would recommend reaching out to a Cast Member to see if they can help. There is an option to Chat with a Cast Member through the Disneyland Mobile App or the website and an option to send an
email message. To speak to a Cast Member directly, please call the number for
Website Support. On the day of your visit, you could also stop by the Main Entrance Ticket Booth or Guest Relations inside the Parks for help. Hopefully, your travel agency will have ensured that you have your tickets and reservations ready to go.
