Our side by side double stroller is only 25 by 40 inches . Therefore it is even smaller then the 30 by 48 limit for the Skyliner , are we allowed bring this on without folding considering it is well within the threshold and it is very small

Hiya, John! Thank you for bringing this great question to planDisney. We're happy you're here!

It sounds like you're getting ready for a magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort and I couldn't be more excited for you! I'm glad to hear that you're ready to enjoy an aerial ride on the Disney Skyliner, which is a beautiful and relaxing way to get from one place to another. In fact, it's my favorite form of transportation!

You're exactly right – the rules for using strollers indicate that they must be within 31"x52", and strollers taken on the Disney Skyliner must be 30" or narrower to fit within the Skyliner doors (and even then, it would be a tight fit!). It's also recommended that if you're using a double stroller, it should be front-to-back and not side-by-side for this exact reason. John, I spoke to a Cast Member about your question and was given some great advice! The Cast Member mentioned that the priority is that your stroller is narrow enough to fit within the doors of the Skyliner, so there aren't any safety or access issues. Please ensure that the total width of your stroller (including any handles or wheels) fits well within the 30" guideline for the Skyliner, and it's likely that you won't have to fold it up upon boarding. However, there will be a nearby Cast Member that will be able to assist you when you reach the Skyliner and can provide more details during the exact date of your visit. If you have any specific questions during your trip, they will be more than happy to help!

While you're visiting Walt Disney World Resort, be sure that you take advantage of the Baby Care Centers in each of the parks! This is a great location to access changing rooms, feeding areas, on-site shops for necessities, and more. And if you have any other questions, please visit us again!

    Blue skies and sunshine,
    Michelle
