Hi Joel! One of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World vacation is the
transportation system on property that takes all the guesswork out of how I will get somewhere.
The buses are super convenient and take you directly to the front of each theme park. The Magic Kingdom bus terminal is within walking distance of the theme park entrance. You will bypass the ticket and transportation center but if you want to take a scenic ride for fun on the monorail you can do so at the Magic Kingdom entrance. The monorail is one of my favorite Disney World rides!
I highly recommend downloading and utilizing the
My Disney Experience app to navigate Disney World's transportation network. The bus stop for Pop Century is in front of the main entrance to the hotel so it may not be super close to your actual room. In the app you will be able to check bus pickup times to ensure that you minimize the amount of time you wait at the bus stop. There is nothing worse than just missing the bus and watching it drive away! Don't worry the buses run continually so there will be another one along soon but it is helpful to be prepared with the schedule.
Since you are staying at the Pop Century resort, don't forget that you also have access to
Disney Skyliner which takes you directly to the front of Hollywood Studios and the center of World Showcase in EPCOT.
Happy Planning
