Are there showers at the Typhoon lagoon water park to wash up after the day?

Rub-a-dub, Eric, and welcome to the squeaky-clean planDisney panel! You'll be arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort adventure soon, and it sounds like time at the water park is on your itinerary. Let's explore your options for cleaning up after a day of splish splashing!

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park has one of the most unique themes. It's as if a storm has blown through and turned everything topsy-turvy! My tip is to stop by Singapore Sal's for any sunscreen or beach supplies you might need. I love useful souvenirs!

Both Disney water parks offer showers and changing rooms for cleaning up after a day on the slides and pools. My friend visited recently and said body wash and shampoo are mounted to the shower walls, but she recommended bringing your own toiletries. Keep in mind there are no blow dryers, and you'll need to bring a towel, but the facilities are adequate for a quick shower.

A few years ago, I chaperoned a group of middle schoolers to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. The shower room was a bit hectic when we all decided to head out at the same time! Girls jostled for space and used the wall-mounted hand dryers to dry their hair. It was a wild time, but one I remember fondly. You never know when a magical memory will be made.

Eric, I'm sending pixie dust and soap bubbles for a sparkling visit! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
