Hi there, Jerrett! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!
Oh boy – your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is less than a week away and I couldn't be more excited for you! Believe it or not, August kicks off the fall season at The Most Magical Place on Earth, so you'll be able to experience the parks in brand new ways. Don't forget to pack your spooky best if you plan on purchasing tickets to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and take some time to experience (and eat!) at the global marketplaces featured in the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Jerrett, you're sure to find magic around every corner!
I completely understand wanting to get all of your Donald Ducks in a row and making sure your wife and son can both access their tickets through their
My Disney Experience accounts. It sounds like you made everyone's plans through your account, so let's start there! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Family & Friends. You will probably notice the words, "Plans managed by me" next to their names. Click "Update" next to your wife's name, then click "Share Planning with..." Here, enter the email address associated with your wife's My Disney Experience account. Once she accepts the invitation, she'll be able to view and co-manage her plans, including her tickets! These tickets should also show up on her
My Disney Experience app. Then, follow the same steps for your son. Please know that people ages 13 and up are able to have their My Disney Experience accounts, so if your son is younger than that, you will likely want to continue managing his account. If you have any other questions, feel free to
call a friendly Cast Member! They'll be happy to take a peek at your reservations and make sure everything is good to go before you arrive.
You and the Guests in your travel party can enter the parks if you've purchased a
MagicBand or through the complimentary
Disney MagicMobile service! Be sure to also make
theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system, which is required to access the parks (
until January 9, 2024). And if you have any other questions, please write to us again. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
