    Do the shops at Disney Springs ship purchased items to the Disney hotels or is that only the shops in parks? My partner and I have lunch reservations at DS and want to do shopping but head right to Jellrolls after & don't want to tote around bags.

    Hi, Devin! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. My daughters take their Disney shopping very seriously, so our trips are never complete until we have visited the World of Disney Store at Disney Springs. Since I do not have a magical, bottomless carpetbag like Mary Poppins, we frequently have our purchases delivered to our Resort hotel.

    The majority of stores at Disney Springs do participate in the Resort Merchandise Delivery Service. It is very easy to complete, and best of all, it is free! Be sure to check with a Cast Member in each merchandise location you visit to ask about their participation in the service. When completing your purchase, you will need to provide your name, Walt Disney World Resort hotel name, and room number on a form that will be included with your package. You will be given a receipt that can be used the next day to retrieve your merchandise at the Package Pickup desk in the gift shop at your Resort hotel. Please note that it does take at least 24 hours for packages to be delivered, so you will not be able to use this service on the last day of your trip. In my experience, I have not been able to pick up my packages until after 3:00 p.m. the next day. Also, I have found that food items cannot be delivered from merchandise locations to my Resort hotel.
