    Do the shoppes at the resorts (such as Contemporary) sell bottles of wine?

    Hi Elizabeth!  Welcome to planDisney.

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it!  It is a great time of year to visit. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is in full swing and Magic Kingdom Park is decked out in festive fall decor.

    You'll be happy to know that shops at Disney Resorts Collection hotels do carry an assortment of wine and spirits.  At Disney's Contemporary Resort, you'll find bottles of wine at Fantasia Market in the main tower on the 4th floor.  The Once Upon a Vine collection includes several varieties of reds, whites, and sparkling wine.  A small assortment of other brands and varieties are also available.  While I have purchased wine with a screwcap at Disney Resort Hotels in the past, I have found that most bottles have a standard cork, so pack a travel corkscrew. (Corkscrews are also available for sale -- ask if you don't see them.)  In a pinch, you can bring your bottle to a lounge and ask the bartender to open it for you.

    Beer and wine are also available in the grab-and-go coolers at Contempo Cafe, also on the 4th floor of the main tower.  If you happen to visit other resorts during your stay, check out their wine selections -- sometimes different varieties are available.  At Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, I found a collection of South African wines available at The Mara and also at Zawadi Marketplace, including a lovely rosé called Goats do Roam.
