Can You ship a goodie bag ahead of your arrival to a disney resort?

Hi, Derrill, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Yes, you can absolutely ship a package to your Disney Resort in advance of your arrival. Many Guests take advantage of sending bulky items (like diapers and wipes), full-size toiletries, breakfast foods and snacks and other items ahead of time to save on premium suitcase space and additional airline baggage fees.

You will want to time delivery of your package so that it arrives no more than 7 to 10 days prior to your check-in date. Your package will be held for you at your resort free of charge - this is just one of the many complimentary services provided to you as a Guest of a Disney Resort!

On the shipping label, in addition to the name and address of your Disney Resort, be sure to include your name and your arrival date. I recommend including your reservation confirmation number on the label. I would also suggest shipping your package via UPS or FedEx rather than USPS since you will be provided a tracking number by either of the private carriers.

    Here's a sample shipping label:

    Guest's Name (your name)
c/o Disney Resort (name of your resort)
    Street Address
Lake Buena Vista, FL + zip code

    Arrival Date:
    Reservation #:

You can find your Resort's address on the individual Resort Overview pages on the Walt Disney World Resort website.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Derrill! Please feel free to visit us again here on the Moms Panel with any other questions as you plan your trip.
