Can we ship a box of snacks, etc. to our All Star Sports Resort before we arrive so we don't have to pack them in a suitcase and check it on the plane? If so, how do we send it...to what address and what is the protocol for addressing a package to a guest

Hi Chris!   I love sending boxes of goodies to my Disney Resort before I arrive.   Not only does it save room in my luggage, we  also save a few dollars on snacks.   Just yesterday I sent a box for my family to our favorite Disney Resort in anticipation of our arrival in a few days.

You will need to address the box as follows:

    All-Star Sports Resort
    Guest name and arrival date
    1701 West Buena Vista Drive
    Lake Buena Vista,  Florida 32830

Bell Services will hold your package upon arrival until you request it at check-in.  Thanks for the great question; please let us know when we can help again!

    Have a Disney Day,
