can you ship a box to your resort?

    Hi Tracy,

I hope you're getting excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You're going to have such an AMAZING time and will surely make memories that will last a lifetime!

Yes, I'm happy to let you know that you are able to ship a package to your Disney Resort hotel. Whether you want to save some luggage space or would simply like to have some necessities delivered for you, you'll just need to make sure that you address the package with your name and the address of your Resort hotel, which can be found by clicking on the name of your resort, choosing the "Overview" tab, and looking over on the right-hand side underneath the map. You'll also want to clearly mark your package with the word, "GUEST," so that the Cast Members make sure to route it to the correct place. Do note that a $5 handling fee will be charged to your room for each package that you receive. While not required, it can be helpful for you to notify Guest Services that you're expecting a package by calling (407) 939-5277 or the direct number for your Resort hotel, which is also listed online along with the address.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracy, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
