Hi there Dona!
Welcome to the Moms Panel! As one of the Cruise Moms, I'm thrilled you are considering a vacation on one of the spectacular Disney ships! When the Fantasy sets sail next month, there will be four amazing vessels in the Disney fleet, and I don't think you could go wrong with a cruise on any one of them! My suggestion is to have a look at
DisneyCruise.com at the various itineraries offered by Disney. If you haven't cruised before, you might want to consider a shorter four or five-night cruise either on the Magic or the Dream. Both of these ships have an incredible crew that will provide you the best service at sea! The phenomenal entertainment, amenities, and accommodations also help make Disney the leader in the family cruise market.
I love hearing that your children enjoy spending time together and with them being 11 & 14 they can both participate in
Edge while onboard. Each ship as Edge for the tweens, and the space is just right for hanging out and participating in activities like Mario Cart Challenge, Gender Wars, and Ultimate Disney Trivia! When they are not in the club, they can take a refreshing dip in the pool, play on the sports deck or visit the arcade. If your two are anything like my nephews, they will also love being able to grab a soda or bite to eat anytime at one of the quick service restaurants on the pool deck!
I'd love to help you further in your cruise planning! Just let me know how I can assist you in preparing for a magical vacation with Disney Cruise Line!
Have a wonderful day!
Nancy
