Hi Jean! Thank you so much for stopping by!
Your little one is at such a
fun age for their first (or most recent) visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! You will be blown away by their priceless reactions as they get to meet some of their favorite pals and experience some amazing
attractions. You are correct that your little princess will not require a theme park ticket or be eligible for the
Disney Dining Plan.
Jean, while you are not able to use a snack entitlement at a Table Service meal, you are more than welcome to use your snack entitlement at a Quick Service location to get your little one something to eat or drink. Make sure that what you want to purchase is a qualifying snack item by looking for the purple Disney Dining Plan logo to the left of the item name at the point of sale.
Jean, did you know that your little one is welcome to eat for free at all buffets and family-style meals? When my kids are under 3, we almost exclusively book character meals and buffets for this reason since our kids often eat almost as much as we do!
At 2, my little one's favorite meal was
Chef Mickey's, but your little princess may also enjoy
1900 Park Fare where she can meet Cinderella and her family or
The Crystal Palace with Pooh and friends. While not a character meal, my husband and I love to have dinner at
O'hana, and it is a must for us on each trip. Each of these meals would be 1 Table Service entitlement for you and the grown-up members of your party, while your little one would be completely free!
I hope that this answered your question, Jean. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical getaway.
We hope to see ya real soon!
