Hiya, Kelly! It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney. Thanks for choosing to be our Guest!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort! You'll be able to experience everything that The World's Most Magical Celebration has to offer, from the glowing Beacons of Magic to the celebratory sweets that are practically perfect in every way! There's surely magic waiting for you around every corner when you visit, Kelly. But before we can get you standing in front of Cinderella Castle, let's make sure that all of your reservations are linked correctly!

To take a look at your reservations, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. You can scroll down to view your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations and any Theme Park Reservations made through the Disney Park Pass system. To modify a Disney Resort hotel reservation, just click the "Change Reservation" button on the right-hand side. Underneath the section that says, "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," you'll be able to toggle to Tickets and Memory Maker. You can see the theme park tickets and to which Guests they're assigned. If you have any problems with any of these reservations or the accounts they're linked to, your next best step would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members.

Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who will try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach for Guests! They will be able to hear about which changes or modifications you'd like to make and sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your situation to straighten everything out. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can often be in high demand. I've also had luck with short wait times when calling in the late afternoon/early evening. I'm sure a little extra kindness and patience will be warmly welcomed since Cast Members work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER!

Kelly, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able to! This is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app and everything it has to offer. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and you can even mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

I hope I was able to help you with your reservation question today, Kelly! If anything else pops up, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
