The
My Disney Experience Mobile App is such a useful tool, but learning to navigate the ins and outs takes time. That’s what we’re here for. The best way to do this is to add your friends and family to your Family & Friends List. First, make sure that they have all created a
My Disney Experience account, and then the next step will be a cinch. If you’re on the mobile app, press the (☰) in the bottom-right corner, then scroll all the way down to click on “Profile.” There are two options at the top of the screen - My Profile and Family & Friends List. Click “Family & Friends List” and then the blue (+) to add a guest. Use one of the three options to locate each person you want to connect with.
When you’re back at your Family & Friends List, click on a person and choose whether you want them to be able to see all your plans, or just the plans that you share. Once they’re added to your Family & Friends List, you can go back to any reservation and add people from your list to the actual reservation. The benefit of doing this is that they can see the reservations in their “My Plans” section. To do this, go to “My Plans” and click on a reservation, then “Reservation Details.” If you made the reservation for four people, there will be your icon and three blank spaces. Click “Update Party,” and your Family & Friends List will appear, allowing you to select who will share the reservation with you.
