Hi Hilary!
Walt Disney World has a wide variety of healthy food options throughout the parks and resorts.
Recently I've seen organic rice chips at many of the Quick Service restaurants and the resorts. At the
Harambe Fruit Market, there are a variety of healthy fruits, vegetables and chips. However, the fruit is not organic.
They do have a variety of milks, including whole milk, 2%, skim milk, chocolate milk, vanilla soy milk and regular soy milk, but I have not seen organic milk.
A new restaurant at Magic Kingdom,
Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen has a plethora of healthy options, including Baladi Salad, S.E.A. Shu Mai and Sustainable Fish, but these are not marked as organic.
There are a few organic items for kids, such as Surf Sweets Organic Fruit Snacks and Organic Go Raw Granola Bar, but those are a little more difficult to find.
Your best option for having organic items is to order groceries from Garden Grocer. You can choose organic items and have them delivered to your room.
Magically,
Stacy
