Boma, at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, is a buffet-only restaurant. There is no individual menu to order from. Jiko, also at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, is menu-only, with no buffet option.
At Disney World, none of the buffet restaurants have food options other than the buffet. There is a bit of middle ground at one restaurant where there is an all-you-care-to-eat option in addition to a traditional menu: the Whispering Canyon Cafe. The WCC is primarily a menu restaurant, but there is one item on the menu, the Skillet, which comes as an all-you-care-to-eat family-style option. The Skillet includes ribs, chicken, pulled pork, corn on the cob, beans, an so on.
