How do I set up for my son to receive a call from a Disney character prior to our cruise. They used to do this, but I can't find the option to set it up now.

    Ahoy, Sharon!
It appears your family will be setting sail for an enchanted journey on the high seas this weekend! How exciting! It's time for the final preparations, so I'm glad you sent in this question because Character Calls are still available for future cruisers like you. There's nothing more exciting leading up to a cruise than hearing Mickey, Minnie or Goofy on the phone! To schedule a call from one of your favorite Disney pals, login to your cruise reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website and click on "My Reservations" under the "My Disney Cruise" tab. Once you are on the "My Cruise Reservations" page, find and click "View Details" which will be on the right-hand side of the page under your Confirmation Number. On the following page, you will see a box with information about requesting a character call. With just a few clicks your prince will be listening to a pixie dusted message about his upcoming Disney Cruise vacation!
I'm know you are going to have the most magnificent cruise with Captain Mickey and his seafaring crew, Sharon! Thank you for stopping by with your question!
    Bon Voyage!
