Hi we set sail on 2/26/16 and my husband is a dialysis patient who is taking his machine. Do we have to leave that bag and wait for it at the room or can we board it ourselves just to be safe and make sure nothing happens to the machine?

    Ahoy, Marimar!
You are so close to hearing the wonderful words, "Welcome Aboard" as you begin a magical vacation with Disney Cruise Line on Friday! I bet you are putting the finishing touches on your to-do list and packing your bags for a wonderful adventure with Mickey and his crew! Before you head off for the port, please give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to speak with them about your husband's dialysis machine. They will put a medical notation under your reservation number, so the crew knows you will have the machine aboard. The Disney Cruise Line representative I spoke with said there should be no problem boarding with the machine. Your stateroom will be ready around 1:30 p.m., so you can drop it off anytime after that.
Best wishes for a fantastic vacation, Marimar!
    Bon Voyage,
