Welcome aboard, Jenn! Hooray for a spring trip on the
Disney Fantasy! By March, the snow will begin to melt in Indiana and you'll be ready to head south for the warm waters of the Caribbean with Captain Mickey!
Disney Cruise Line's Port Adventures have strict age guidelines, so unfortunately, if your little one isn't quite at the age for the adventure, she won't be able to book that one. However, there are a few other
Port Adventure options in Cozumel exploring the Mayan ruins, that include younger kids, and one of them is my all time favorite Cozumel adventure, so I'd like to recommend it to you! The
Cozumel Ruins, Chocolate and Beach Break is such a great adventure for everyone in the family, plus, besides the stops at the specific activities, the motorcoach ride circles the entire island of Cozumel with some beautiful views! My son was five when he first got to go to the Mayan ruins at San Gervasio, and he really loved exploring that site. We all learned quite a bit! Then, it's off to see a chocolate making demonstration, complete with tastings (the best part- right?!), and you'll wrap up your day playing and relaxing at Playa Mia Beach Club. My son, at five, loved each part of this adventure, and I'm sure your daughter will too! This particular adventure is open for guests of all ages, and is a decently priced adventure for all that is included! It's certainly worth checking out for your family, since you want to visit Mayan Ruins, but also need an adventure that is suited for younger kiddos.
Have fun planning, Jenn, and please stop back if we can help with any other questions before you set sail!
