Ahoy, Graciela!
Thank you for sailing back over to SEA us hEAR at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You've thought of some excellent questions about your
Halloween on the High Seas cruise next October, and it's our pleasure to help!
There are so "Minnie" things to love about a Disney Cruise Line vacation, Graciela, and
Character Experiences are always at the top of my list. I feel the same excitement every time I see my favorite Disney Pals, no matter how many times I've seen them! There's just something so special about being able to interact with them in person. I'm happy to report that visiting with the Disney Characters will be very easy to do on your cruise vacation. There will be multiple opportunities throughout the voyage, which will all be listed on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or in a printed copy (Personal Navigator) you can pick up at
Guest Services. Times and locations will be listed so you can plan accordingly, and I always recommend arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time. Since you have booked a holiday sailing, you'll see them in several different outfits during your four-night cruise. You may also see them around the ship, so always have a camera handy!
Graciela, there will be two character meet-and-greet opportunities for you to reserve a spot ahead of time. There's no fee for these, so you'll want to select an available time when your onboard booking window opens up online. This will be 75 days before your departure if you are a first-time cruiser. The two ticketed events will be the Frozen Meet & Greet and the Princess Gathering. At all the meet-and-greets offered aboard Disney Cruise Line, autographs and photos are welcome. There will be
onboard photographers there to capture the special moments as well.
I hope I've given you a better idea of what to expect from the Disney Characters while onboard, Graciela. If you have any other questions about this topic or others, please reach out again. We'd love to help.
Nancy
