Hey, Bryant! No matter the season, it is always a great idea to have plenty of water on hand during your trip! The
Disney Resort Hotel gift shops usually stock water cases. You may need to check with a Cast Member to see if they have them stored in a back room. I always have groceries delivered to us and add a case or two to my orders. If there are some items other than water that you wish to purchase and not pack, then you may want to consider a delivery service. We have used several local companies, like Garden Grocer, as well as national services, such as Instacart and Amazon Prime Now. They are all great options and I have nothing but compliments for them.
When placing an order with a grocery delivery service, you will use your Disney Resort Hotel's address as the delivery location and add "c/o your name," as well as your check-in date. The service will then deliver the order to either your resort's Bell Services or arrange a specific time to meet you in the lobby of the resort. Bell Services has a cold area to store any items that require it. Once you are checked into your room, you may either pick up the order at Bell Services or use your in-room phone to call them for delivery. Note that if you do have Bell Services deliver to your room, there will be a fee added to your
guest folio.
If you order only a case of water or maybe just a few more items, then I recommend Amazon Prime Now (note: make sure you use Prime NOW, not simply Amazon Prime! Using that has the order go through
Mail Services, which will incur another fee for you, in addition to the Bell Services delivery fee). If you would like to do a larger order or need more groceries, then I recommend something like Instacart or Garden Grocer. There are delivery fees involved with those services, so be sure to do your own comparisons on what may be more cost-effective for you.
I hope you have a magical day and please let us know if you have any other questions!
