Bright suns, Allyson!
Welcome to the planDisney galaxy! It's wonderful to speak with a fellow Jedi on her travels. It sounds like you're gearing up to craft your very own astromech unit at
Savi's Workshop when you pilgrimage to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge this weekend! Thank the maker you reached out to us to ensure that your travel plans run smoothly for your next visit.
I just spoke with Jennifer, a stellar cast member over at the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge hotline at +1 (714) 300-7805. Unfortunately, Allyson,
Droid Depot doesn't offer shipping options for lightsabers and droids to the galaxy of Australia. This shipping restriction also extends to merchandise throughout the Disneyland Resort.
If you wish to transport your lightsaber back to your home star system, I recommend securing them as carry-on items to stay on the safe side (definitely not the Dark Side!). You might want to consider acquiring one of those convenient protective cases available at
Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. Or, as my pal,
Panelist Al suggests: use a pool noodle for similar protection!
Upon your return to your home planet, remember to download the
Droid Depot app. It allows you to create virtual paths for your droid at home, engage in entertaining games, and even program it to dance to the tunes of DJ R3X!
I understand this might not be the news you were hoping for, Allyson, but if you have more questions, feel free to beam us another transmission.
May the Force be with you!
'Til the Spires!
