Have September trip with DH, DS5 and DD1 planned with MNSSHP. Now rethinking. Possibly November with MVMCP instead? Insight as to which would be better? DS and I love Halloween but not into the villains. Will be DD 1st trip & don't want her to be scare

While both parties are great, I think you will find that common consensus is that the Halloween Party is the better of the two. I think the kids enjoy it more too, since they can trick-or-treat.

As for the scare factor, I took my two daughters, aged 2 and 4 at the time, and being scared was never a concern. My youngest was a bit under the weather, so certainly a bit more vulnerable to being crabby and sensitive, and we never once had a moment where either expressed being scared a bit.

I would tell you to stick to your original plan, but if you change, you will still have a GREAT time, so it is a WIN-WIN either way!

    Have a magical vacation!
