We are going in September and will have tickets for 5 days however we are staying for 7. I will have a 4 year old and a 6 month old. What are the best parks to go to for those age ranges? What other things should we do for those 2 days?

    Hi, Kimberly!
I'm so excited for you to enjoy your first family adventure to Walt Disney World Resort. You are in for such an incredible family experience.

As you start preparing for your trip, I highly recommend checking out this awesome guide for bringing a pre-schooler to the parks. It's also important to note there is a Baby Care Center in each park. It is such an excellent space for moms, dads, and babies.

When it comes to the parks for the ages of your kids, I would place the Magic Kingdom at the front of your list. There are many fun rides that aren't too intense for the family to enjoy. I would also highly recommend spending time enjoying the animals and activities at Disney Animal Kingdom Theme Park.

When you take days off from visiting the parks, I highly recommend checking out the pools at your resort. All of the Disney resort pools are so much fun. If you want to take your water fun up a notch, check out Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. You can also consider enjoying a day of shopping, eating, or even catch a movie at Disney Springs.

There is so much to look forward to on your trip! Let me know if I can help you with anything else as you plan.
