Going in September, from CB Resort what is an estimated ride time to each of the parks?

    Hi AMy,

Our family loves using Disney transportation system and even when we have a car with us, we rely on the buses, boats and monorails almost exclusively to travel around Disney property.

The general rule is that a form of Disney transportation (bus, boat or monorail) arrives about every twenty minutes. Often, once you have been picked up, you will notice that they may make additional stops at neighboring resorts. Be sure to plan that into any travel times. The actual time between your Disney resort and a Disney park also depends on how far you are from that park. For example, the bus ride from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to Animal Kingdom is considerably shorter than the ride to Magic Kingdom since the Lodge is so close to the Animal Kingdom park entrance. A good guideline is that most travel times are generally fifteen to thirty minutes based on the number of stops and your distance from the park gate.

During our Disney stays, I like to plan an hour in travel time between resort to park or park to park. While the wait and ride is often considerably less than this, it prevents us from being late to dining reservations or running to catch a fireworks show if there is an unforseen delay in transportation times.Hope this helps!
