We have 2 separate rooms with 2 separate reservations. Our FP and 1 dining reservation are linked. Will my quick service credits be all listed together or separately according to the reservation? Are the QS meal credits distinguished between child and adult?

Hi, Lauren! I am so glad to hear you have included the Disney Dining Plan with your upcoming Disney Resort Hotel stay. This plan can make mealtime with your family super easy. Instead of leaving all of the magic of the theme parks, you can instead just head to the nearest Quick Service dining location and place your order. Did you pick one of the Disney Dining Plans that include Table Service meals? If so, then I want to encourage you to make your dining reservations before you take off on your pixie-dusted adventure. In my experience, there is very little walk-up availability at the Table Service dining locations, so you will want to have your spot reserved to make the most of your Disney Dining Plan.

Since you have two separate reservations, your Disney Dining Plan entitlements will remain separate for the groups residing in each room rather than pooling all of the credits for the rooms together. You can easily keep track of what meal entitlements remain by looking at the bottom of each dining receipt or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once your Disney Resort Hotel Package begins and you pull up each room's information in the app, you will see details that show your dining plan use for the guests. In my experience, Table Service meals are distinguished between Adult credits and Child credits that remain. However, I have noticed before that the Quick Service credits do not distinguish whether they are Adult or Child credits. Note that when using a Disney Dining Plan, children will need to order from the Kids Menu where available.

I hope this information helps you plan for many magical meals at Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
