    Is there a separate phone number to check with billing in regard to refund

I am sorry to hEAR about your frightful ordeal with Hurricane Ida but am relieved you all are safe. At the moment, you need to reach out to a Cast Member about a potential refund. While most Walt Disney World vacations and tickets are non-refundable there are extenuating circumstances. Guests should call (407) 939-7675 to speak to a Cast Member who can assist and direct your call to the correct people. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume so it is best to call when the phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. 

    I am sending much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your way as you recover from your losses. I will, also, wish upon a star you are able to plan a future trip to Walt Disney World, the next 18-months will be The Most Magical Celebration In The World for the 50th Anniversary.
