2 ?'s, 2 separate families (8 total), two separate resorts, can we make dinner reservations as one party of 8? Also, if all together can we use the pools at each resort? One group at WL and other at BLT. Always so helpful, thank you!

    Hi Casey!

Great to hear from you again! I hope your plans for your trip are shaping up! I'm really enjoying helping the planning along!

For your dining question, absolutely - I often make reservations for our traveling group. I find making one reservation is often easier than coordinating multiple ones! Occasionally with a bigger party, you may be told that larger parties may be split and seated at more than one table. While I've been told this quite a few times in the past, we've always been seated together by letting the hostess know that we're willing to wait a few extra minutes in order to sit together.

As for visiting each other at the resort pools, the official Disney policy is that pool hopping is not allowed. However, I think you are in a gray-area since you (or your friends) will be sharing pool time with paying guests of that specific resort. I think the best thing to do would be to ask at the resort if they can join you and then choose a less crowded day/time to enjoy the pool together.

Hope this helps! Have a great time!
