Sent in question, never got "question received" e-mail. Trying again not to be a nuisance. Reservations at CReef, Biergarten, MMelroses, and LeCellier. All have pasta. Will chefs take requests to make butter noodles for child dinner? Picky eat

Hi Lauri! I'm so glad you resubmitted your question! Sorry that you didn't receive an answer the first time. Never think you're a nuisance to us -- we love receiving and answering questions at the Moms Panel!

I'm the mom of a picky eater too, so I'm always scouring the restaurant menus before making reservations to ensure there will be something my son will eat. All of the restaurants you mentioned should be able to accommodate your child's request for buttered noodles. Mama Melrose's, Le Cellier and Coral Reef all have a pasta dish on the children's menu, so it would be no problem for your child to order the pasta without sauce. The Biergarten is a buffet, but there are usually a  couple of macaroni dishes on it so your child could ask for plain noodles. The Biergarten does accommodate special dietary requests with advance notice; I recommend that you make a note on your reservation for this restaurant that your child requires plain noodles so that they can be prepared for your visit.

Hope this helps! Sounds like you have some great meals planned!
