As seniors visiting the park with extended families in February, are there any areas to lay out on a blanket to take a short rest?

    Dear Florence,

Thank you so much for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming visit with your extended family!

Walt Disney World Resort is a wonderful vacation destination for guests of all ages, but I do totally understand that sometimes there might be a need for a short midday rest! Unfortunately, there is not an area for blankets or for laying down. There are plenty of Quick-Service restaurants, both air-conditioned and not, in which you can sit for a while and rest. Additionally, I recommend that if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, it's very easy to hop on the monorail, or into a bus or boat to head back to your hotel for a rest. You can then re-enter the park and meet up with the rest of your family when you are re-energized!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
