Heigh-Ho Michelle,
Oh, the Good Old Days, when DVDs, maps and brochures could be mailed to you from Walt Disney World. But as Walt Disney once said, “ We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” I feel this has spilled over into how we plan and prepare for our Walt Disney World vacations.
Now with social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), blogs such as the
Disney Parks Blog and other non-affiliated ones, as well as us here at planDisney and the Disney Parks YouTube channel, planning is now just a couple of keyboard taps away. I still revert back to a handy-dandy notebook where I write such topics down as Where to stay? Walt Disney World Resort Benefits? Ticket options and pricing? Must-Ride attractions at each Walt Disney World Theme Parks? Restaurants to Try? What to do on a non-Walt Disney World Theme Park day? What to pack? And so on and so on, I have been known to fill entire notebooks, planning just ONE Walt Disney World vacation. But so much information can be found out on the World Wide Web.
But for those of us who need some visual queues and to put us in the Magic, of visiting Walt Disney World, subscribe to the
Disney Parks YouTube channel. Guests can explore the many magical and memorable moments awaiting them, all at Home. Here you can look forward to
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, learn about the
Imagineering behind the X-Wings and Blaster Marks of Batu, get a sneak peek of
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure debuting October 1st and much, much more that is waiting and ready to be discovered and experienced, by your family, at The Most Magical Place On Earth. New content is added often and will help in planning your next Walt Disney World vacation.
And we, at planDisney, are here to help every step of the way. We have a wealth of Disney knowledge and Walt Disney World travel experience that we love sharing with our Fellow Guests, so feel free to ask us. Check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and
Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips and we look forward to Welcoming You Home to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
