Can I send my park purchases to my disney hotel room so I don't have to carry them in the parks?

Welcome to planDisney, Joara! You're knee-deep in the Walt Disney World Resort magic as we speak! Say hi to Mickey for me; he's my favorite. And it sounds like you love a good souvenir as much as I do, so let's discuss options for staying unencumbered while you enjoy the theme parks.

I love shopping in the theme parks because the merchandise is unique and helps me remember my visit. Unfortunately, the service you're referring to is no longer available, so shops cannot send your purchases to your Disney Resort Hotel. But Hakuna Matata! I have some tips for you.

My family waits until we leave the theme park to make our purchases, so we only have to carry them back to our hotel. But if you're after an elusive item, like a popcorn bucket, you could head to the Locker Rental location near the park entrance and store your merchandise until you're ready to leave the park.

Sometimes, at the end of my visit, I look at the mountain of fantastic merch I've bought and wonder how it will fit in my suitcase. Here's a tip if you find yourself in that situation. You can take your purchases and receipts to the merchandise location in your Disney Resort Hotel to have them all shipped home in one convenient package. The only drawback is that now I know I can buy even more things!

Joara, I hope you make many magical memories on your visit. And I know your souvenirs will keep the magic alive. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
