    Can I send packages to my Resort before I arrive? And if they do arrive before me, is there a fee to be paid? Also, is there a limit of time that Disney storages the package?

    I am so glad you stopped by to get help with planning your enchanted Walt Disney World Resort vacation adventure. Once you step into Magic Kingdom Park and see Cinderella Castle, it truly becomes the "Most Magical Place on Earth."

    Yes, you may send packages to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel before you arrive. Walt Disney World Resort Mail Services will store your package and give them to you when you arrive for check-in at the Front Desk. There is a $6.00-$8.00 per-package handling fee (price subject to change) to receive mail and packages. They will hold packages up to a week before your Check-in date. Uniquely, Disney's All-Star Music Resort has a designated Locker system for Online Check-In Guests if you ship there.

    Please make sure to include the following information on the address label when you ship a package to a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

    • The word "GUEST" followed by the name of the lead Guest on the Disney Resort hotel reservation
    • Disney Resort hotel full name, for example, "Disney's Beach Club Resort"
    • Resort hotel address
    • City, State, Zip Code
    • Arrival Date

    plan Disney Pro Tip: If you need to mail a pre-packaged item back to ‎Distrito Federal do Brasil or anywhere internationally, ask the Front Desk or Concierge in the lobby of most Walt Disney World Resort hotels. If your Resort hotel is unable to mail the package or it is an unpackaged gift needing packaging, Guest Services Business Centers are found at seven locations on the Walt Disney World Resort property to assist you.
