    I want to send a letter to the cast members who work in City Hall in the Magic Kingdom. Am I able to send mail into the Disney World kingdoms?

    Hi Dotti,

    There is no mechanism for you to send mail directly to the cast working in City Hall. However, Disney does welcome guest communication. If you'd like to get a message to someone, you should direct this to the Guest Communications Department. They can be reach through the mail at:

    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

    The e-mail address for Guest Communications is: wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com.

    They'll make sure that your suggestion gets into the right hands at Disney World.
