Hiya, David, and welcome to planDisney! You sound like you're the planner of your family, so you're among friends here. Being the planner often means troubleshooting before the trip to ensure everything is magical once you arrive, so kudos to you! Let's see how we can get everyone linked to their
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.
First, ensure every party member has a
My Disney Experience account so you can send them an invitation to share plans. Remember to send your invitation to the same email address attached to their accounts, and once they accept, you should see them on your
Family & Friends list.
Once everyone is sharing plans, you should be able to reassign tickets to specific guests from your Family & Friends list. In your
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three lines at the bottom right and select "My Tickets & Passes." All theme park tickets attached to your account will populate across the top. Swipe to a ticket you'd like to assign to another guest and look for the "Reassign Ticket" icon. Tap that and choose the guest from your Family & Friends list.
If you hit any snags during this process, please get in touch with the
My Disney Experience line for assistance. They are technology wizards that will walk you through the process and iron out the wrinkles. If you don't have a chance to call before your trip, you can stop by any
Guest Relations window at the theme park entrances for help. Cast Members are happy to help get folks into the magic!
I'm heading to Walt Disney World this weekend, too, and I can't wait to sample the international cuisine at the
Garden Graze food stroll. The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is my favorite springtime event. Maybe I'll see you there; I'll be the one snapping photos of all the topiaries!
David, I hope I've given you some ideas to help get those tickets to the right people. Please
stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
