    How do I select a room request when the only dropdown option available is "select"? We have a split reservation for Kidani from 10/17 to 10/22 and Boardwalk from 10/22 to 10/24.

    Ooh...you're going to get to stay at two AMAZING Disney Resort hotels during your upcoming visit! SO exciting! You're going to love Disney's BoardWalk Inn for its proximity to Epcot as well as all of the fun entertainment options happening every night, and I have to say that Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is one of my very favorite places to stay! Between all of the gorgeous artwork, cool music, wonderful daily events, and the incredible views of the wildlife, you'll really feel immersed in African culture! I'd definitely encourage you to ask for a Recreation Calendar when you check in, and soak up as much of the Resort as you can!

    While the online check-in feature is still working, I had trouble with this very same thing recently and called to chat with a Cast Member about it. They said that the online check-in system is currently going through some enhancements, and that the room request feature may not be available. Since you've had some trouble with it, I'd encourage you to call a Cast Member at 407-934-7639 and they'll be happy to note any room requests you may have at both of your Resort hotels. However, if you booked your trip through a travel agent, he or she will need to call and make those requests for you. If you have more than one request, I'd definitely let them know which one is most important to you. While room requests are not guaranteed, Cast Members want to do everything they can to make your stay perfect for you!
