    We want to select "Room Location Requests" in Online Check-in Service. But there are no options. We will stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. How can we select them?

    Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about your upcoming stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort.

    At that hotel, much of your room location is determined by the level of room that you have chosen, so there aren't a lot of options in terms of preferences. When you arrive at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, please proceed to the "Online Check-In" line and they will be happy to assist you with any room preferences that you have. Keep in mind that Cast Members will do their best to assist you based on availability and other factors. 

    Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is a terrific themed resort and I know that you and your family will just love it!
