What are the must sees in Epcot?

    Hello Amber the Graduate,

Epcot is a great park. I love the variety: one minute you're blasting off into space and the next minute you're strolling through an Italian piazza. Let me tell you about some of my family's favorite places at Epcot:

    >Spaceship Earth (aka, the big golf ball) - Newly renovated this year with a super cool new personalized ending. Make sure to look at the camera when they ask you to.
    >Club Cool
    >Soarin' (and then Soarin' again and again and again) - Hubby's favorite ride in all of WDW. I will never go hang gliding, but now I know how cool it is.
    >Test Track - Didn't you always wonder what it would be like to be a crash test dummy?
    >Living With the Land - This is as fun as education gets. Plants grown with no dirt. Freaky cool!
    >Mission Space - OK, I'll admit it, the orange version scares me senseless. But the green version is lots of fun.
    >Teppan Edo - Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Delicious, plus I love that little onion volcano.
    >Big sombreros. Go inside the Mexico pavilion. Put on the GIANT hat. Take a picture. You have to.
    >The Maelstrom - skip the movie at the end though
    >France - Just stand there and smell the pastries. Mmmmm.
    >Illuminations - We watch it every trip.

I hope you have the chance to experience all of it very soon.
