    Hello! I have seen on Youtube a Wliderness Explorer Ceremony involving Russell from Up and a guide/host. Kids in the audience get to be sworn into the Wilderness Explorer group. Where is this in Disney? We are HUGE Up fans and would love to do it! Thx!

    Hello there Colleen! Welcome back to the Moms Panel!  I think what you are referring to is the Senior Wilderness Explorer Ceremony located at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park. I read in your previous question that you will be visiting Walt Disney World on your next trip. I am happy to tell you that it was just announced this week on the Disney Parks Blog that Wilderness Explorers is coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park this Spring. Follow the link provided to view the announcement on the Disney Parks Blog that was posted on January 15, 2013. It has not been announced if the Wilderness Explorers coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park will be the same experience as what is currently featured at DIsney California Adventure Park. I would recommend visiting the DIsney Parks Blog periodically for updated information regarding this exciting new adventure coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park this Spring!
