I have seen on a website that after the illuminations parade you can enter epcot for free for 30 min to 1 hr. Is this true?

In my dozens of trips to WDW and hundreds of hours researching Disney travel, I have never heard of the practice you mention. I do learn something new about Disney World almost every day, so it's possible that I may have missed this, but I would certainly not count on being about to get into any of the Disney parks free at any time.
