Hi, I have just seen you can swap a quick service meal credit for 3 snacks, what about table service meals? can you do the same with these? We will have some table service meals left at the end of our hol, we are on the delux plan & don't want to lose

    Hi Stacey!

Your November trip is getting closer, so I can imagine you must be getting excited! This spring there were a few changes made to the way Guests can use their Disney Dining Plan entitlements, to offer greater flexibility and a better value. You are correct that you can now exchange a Quick Service Entitlement for three snack items, as long as this is done in one transaction. This is a great way to use any leftover credits at the end of your vacation. I like to pick up Mickey Mouse Krispie Treats to enjoy on the plane or give as gifts back home.

If you are using the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, you will be receiving 3 meals and 2 snacks per person, per night of your stay. When using the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, your meal entitlements are not divided into Table Service or Quick Service, you can use your meal credits for either type of dining experience. While I have not personally tried to convert Deluxe Dining Plan Entitlements for snacks and I cannot guarantee it, I would think it would be possible.

If you think you will have additional meal credits, you may also want to consider booking some Signature Dining experiences or Dinner Shows. These experiences usually require 2 meal entitlements, and will serve up the best and most exciting dining Walt Disney World has to offer.  Some of my favorites include California Grill, Hollywood Brown Derby, and Le Cellier Steakhouse. You may also want to check out one of Disney’s newest Signature Dining locations at the newly reimagined Disney Springs, The Boathouse.

I hope you are getting excited about your upcoming vacation, Stacey. Come back and visit us if you have any additional questions!

    Have a Disney Day!
