    I've seen several times on this board, & other sites, that its OK to request a "birthday pin" within 6 mos of your actual birthday. . . isn't every day within 6 months of your birthday, either before/after? Does it really mean 3 months befor

    Yes, you can request the pin ANY DAY of the year.  I apologize if my prior attempt at humor was confusing -- in my mind "within 6 months" = every day of the year! :-)

    p.s. When the jungle cruise skipper says..."Here in the rain forest it sometimes rains 365 days per year...and some years it even rains every day",  that is also a joke! ;-)

    p.p.s. When the jungle cruise skipper says..."See that bamboo over there? It grows to be 6 stories tall, and people say it can grow to 7 stories, but that's a whole other story"...also a joke.  This one is even funny! ;-)
