I've seen on several kids menus something called a Turkey Pinwheel. What is this? Trying to plan for QS options that will work for the kids and have no clue what this is...

The Turkey Pinwheel is a kind of wrap sandwich. There may be slight variations depending on the restaurant, but the there will be turkey, lettuce, and possibly other veggies rolled up in tortilla-style bread. The wrap is cut into rounds that look sort of pinwheel-ish.

    Good luck with your planning.
