I have seen some other questions about dog friendly accommodations, but they were all at Disney World. Are there any options at the Hilton Head resort? If it makes any difference, it is a small dog (chihuahua).

I completely understand the urge to travel with our beloved pet friends; we rarely see Mickey Mouse without Pluto by his side. As Disney Vacation Club Members, we have found a trusted boarding option for our two devoted dogs when we go on DVC adventures. Let's howl together for a bit about Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort.

Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is one of the most unique DVC Resorts available. It features an abundance of Lowcountry charm with distinctive Disney touches throughout. During our stay, we immensely enjoyed Disney's Beach House as well as the interactive activities available. I confirmed with a Cast Member that, unfortunately, there are no options for our pet family members to stay at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. However service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome. They did recommend calling the Front Desk at (843) 341-4100 to get recommendations about local boarding. I hope this helps you find the best option for you and your pup to enjoy your vacation!
