Hi Gerrie!
As I write to you with 8 inches of snow outside my window, a
Disney Cruise Line vacation sounds like a great idea! You can absolutely use a combination of your Disney Vacation Club Points and cash to book a voyage with Disney Cruise Line. You should also be able to use your Disney Dream Reward Dollars as long as you have loaded them onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. You would use the Disney Rewards Redemption Card just like a credit card when you pay for your cruise.
While you can pay for a family cruise with a combination of Disney Vacation Club Points and
Disney Visa Reward Dollars, each passenger must be booked in full with only one payment method. This means you can book one person with Disney Vacation Club Points, and another with the Disney Visa Reward Dollars, but you cannot split one passenger’s fare into two separate payments.
I hope this helps you as you plan what sounds like an exciting Disney vacation. If you do decide to take a cruise and have questions, we also have several Disney Cruise Line Specialists on the Disney Parks Moms Panel who can help answer any planning questions to help you have magical voyage on Disney Cruise Line.
Wishing you Membership Magic!
